Thailand has many festivals such as SongKran or Thai new year and Loikratong. Australia has festivals such as Christmas and Easter. During SongKran we have ceremonies using water and a big water fight. For Loikratong we make Kratong, which are little decorated rafts that we float down the river. For Christmas, Australians celebrate by giving presents and for Easter give chocolate eggs and bunnies.
Thailand has very nice food and we have many famous dishes. My favourites are Tomyum soup, Pad Thai, Green curry and Thai beef salad. Thai food is famous for been very spicy. Traditional Australian food includes damper and billy tea. Kangaroo and lamb are traditional Australian meats.
I went to Thai Land 5 years ago. I really like spicy food,so I enjoyed Tomyum soup and Pad Thai. I didn't know Thai beef salad is traditional food. I will be try it.
