REGINA - DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PHILIPPINES AND AUSTRALIA

Australia is both a  continent and a country that runs in a Federal Parliamentary government while Philippines is a country that has a unitary form of government. Our country( Philippines) has  7108 island while Australia has 8222 island.  Australia is a lot more bigger than our country and it has literally hundreds of  beaches that surrounds in the whole continent unlike the Philippines it has a hundred awesome island with beaches that was located  in the whole archipelago of the Philippines, called the paradise of the east. Our population has reached to 108 million and Australia has 25 million.

Although the two countries have similarities, there are also a lot more of differences, like in our country (Philippines) it has 86 percent of populations are Catholics  while Australia  has only 22 percent of Catholics. My country only have two seasons, the dry and rainy season but Australia has 4, the summer, autumn, winter and spring. The food of Australians are bread, barbecue, sausages, burgers, chips and salads while the Filipino have rice as staple food paired with a viand of meat, seafood, vegetables, that is serve in every meal. Australia and Philippines are the same, it has several variety of fruits that can offer like bananas, strawberries, pineapples, melons and mangoes.

Our country is full of coconut tress and rice fields in all provinces and Australia has big green tress and huge farms. The  main cities of our country  are obviously crowded and has a lot of traffic compared here in Australia there's few people in the street having no traffic or any congestion in the street even in the main cities. The shopping malls here are bit smaller than the malls we have in the Philippines. The people here are very polite and approachable they greet each other even they don't know the person but in our country we would've greet or talk only to those people that we've known.
