KATHY - A GAME THAT I PLAYED IN CHILDHOOD

I often listen to some English programs on the internet. I especially like some the topics that you can have a discussion about . last week the topic was :"a game that you played in your childhood". It reminds me of my good times in my early childhood.
one of most interesting games I played in my childhood ,is Chinese jump rope.In china,we tie a knot in each end of the rope ,then two people stand,one at each end of the rope, and swing the rope. Other people run into the middle and jump,the jumper jumps with the rhythm of the person swinging the rope.We have various ways to jump,and we often have two teams competing. whichever team loses the game will go to stand on the ends. When I was a child, I quite often played this game with my classmates during class break or after class.My mum bought me a beautiful  jump rope ,I put it in my schoolbag and took it to school. In my time,there were no such things as computers,Ipads,no phone,but it gave me and my friends a very pleasant and valuable time. Also one of the easiest way  for little girls for make friends with each other.
