KATHY - DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CHINA AND AUSTRALIA

I have been living in Australia nearly six years and before I lived in China, I've found some  differences things between two counties. First of all, it is the population, China has a large population of 1.4 billion. Shanghai which is a modern city in china, has a population of 24million, is similar to Australia's population.  Also, land area is different. Perth's land area is almost as large as Shanghai's, but its population is only 2million
 Secondly, lifestyle and culture are different. The  food is  different.  the most common food in Australia is barbecue, I don't like barbecue much, I prefer  boiled and  steamed food  .Chinese people  always say  they miss home, most of reason is miss food form their hometown.There are so many delicacies in China, every city has its own flavour . For me, when I get ill and  feel depressed, I cook Chinese food,  especially congee with side dishes(traditional dishes), and then I  feel  better.
